MARCH 7TH IN NEVADA
June 2nd, 2026
Never say never.

I'm back, after losing my mind last summer and then again at the end of the year, against all odds, we are here, again. I started working on this 2-3 months before I released LAY ME TO REST AMONG THE LILIES. This started out as an EP. Specifically, a Harumi Kaneko sample EP. Constant Rain and REAL LOVE we're some of my favorite tracks from my last project. I used to get really frustrated with sampling, so this was a good excuse to do something different and practice.

The plan for 2025 was to release my 4th album and then two EPS. I don't know what I was thinking. Then the plan became to just dip out completely. I wanted nothing to do with my art anymore. I was very, very close to taking down everything and disappearing for good. I don't remember who or what stopped me, but I didn't end up going through with that.

I was working on two projects/ideas before I decided to drop one for the other. MARCH 7TH IN NEVADA became the main focus late last year. I still haven't released this album as of writing this. I am really, really hoping none of the samples get picked up when I post this to streaming lmfao. It's been a ton of fun working on this. My last album technically only really featured Tricia, Subtle Drop's featured tracks we're actually just samples. They're both back! As well as Frylock and Decho-Blue. I wanted to get some new people on here but I couldn't really figure out where to put them/some people weren't available. Which is OK, there's always next time!

MARCH 7TH NEVADA is a feeling. My first trip to Las Vegas changed my life. I really wanted to shoot photos of Katrice to use as promo. I also caught the Chromakopia tour. The show fell on March 7th! It was a really, really great experience. MARCH 7TH IN NEVADA was supposed to capture that feeling.

Yes, it was supposed to.

I believe this album is my best work, I thought I couldn't break the ceiling after LAY ME TO REST AMONG THE LILIES. I really didn't. If you like my music, I think you'll enjoy this. It's a departure from strings and boombap drums but it's me (in all my weird and cringey glory)

MARCH 7TH IN NEVADA.

NO LOWERCASE.
